Delivery & Returns Information
Delivery Policy - Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been placed and accepted within the time stipulated. However, we will not be liable for any losses of earnings, fees, or damage suffered by you through any delay in delivery. In this case, we may inform you of the delay and the reason for the delay as soon as is practical.
We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
Free Shipping - You will qualify for free shipping once your order is over the value of £150. All orders under £150 will incur a delivery charge of £4.50 flat rate unless specifically stated in the product description due to heavy goods (engines, large car panels etc) Hazardous goods or placement requirements. Free delivery is based on our normal 3-4 day service only. Free delivery is for UK mainland only.
Delivery Time - All deliveries are on a 3-4 day service unless stated otherwise in the product description. Depending on the item it will be delivered via an insured courier or for small items royal mail (this will be 1-2 days). If you need a quicker delivery time we can help but please contact us beforehand. Please understand that sometimes delays can happen when the items are in the couriers possesion, we monitor all deliveries and if there is an issue we will let you know ASAP.
Returns - Before you can return any goods, you must first get authorisation from our returns department by filling out the form at the bottom of the page (under customer service) or email email@example.com. Please state the product and order number and the reason for return. You will be then given a returns number. Goods which prove unsuitable (for example the wrong size of helmet ordered) may be returned for exchange or refund (if an alternative product cannot be provided) if they are returned to ourselves within 14 days of receipt. Subject to the following conditions:
- Items are returned carriage paid.
- Items are received in a resalable condition
- Items should be returned unused in their original condition in order to obtain a refund.
- Items are returned complete with all packaging and in a1 condition.
- We will not accept returns on items which have been specially ordered in for you or manufactured to your own specification.
- We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered.
